I am a stepmom to a wonderful 10-year-old boy. Although I love that boy, I have always wanted to conceive my own child. I've dreamed of being pregnant since I was a little girl. Unfortunately my husband and I have been trying to conceive since March 2010, but we have been unsuccessful. After 23 months of trying, I finally decided to relieve some stress about the situation by blogging about it. I am making it public for anybody to see because some of the greatest comfort I have received through this extremely stressful process has been from the testimonies of other women who have gone through this. So I'm blogging for others to see so maybe I can be that comfort for another woman. Also, I'm writing each post as a letter to our future baby. Not only will it keep me hopeful and positive, but it will also be a collection of letters that our baby can read someday.
